We can get into the top 4 by trading pur pick next year. Something like 2023 Rockets pick (#1 protected)+Nets 2022 pick may temp someone. Maybe one of the teams in the top 3 dont love the guys at the top. We protect our shot at Webayama or Henderson.

Size, strength, passing, they are about even shooting, but Nix is much more sturdy and more of a traditional Point.

Possibly, but unless we lucked out with a steal on a big with the Nets pick, might regret it for a while.

This is kinda a creepy thing to say, DD especially at yout age of what 60? 65? Anyways, my parents have been divorced for 33 years, so maybe you were right, but it is also a douchy thing to say. Jokes aren't your thing, are they?

The Rockets got enough guards no need to draft Ivey, I much rather have Jabari Smith Jr.. This team need wings and a big man that can rim protect..

DD, I made a joke about your spotty track record with making basketball picks and you make a messed up remark about my family. Don't act naive.

Don't need Ivey because we are signing Jalen Brunson in free agency (i am gonna keep trying to speak it into existance). Draft 2 bigs that can rebound.

Starters (length, shooting, rebounds, and interior defense)
    Jalen Brunson (FA)
    Green
    Wood
    Holmgren/Smith/Banchero (Rockets pick)
    Mark Williams (Nets pick)

    Bench
    Christopher
    Mathews
    Tate
    Martin
    Sengun
    Garuba

Worst decision here is having Wood on this team. Listing him as a 3 just makes it look worse.

Dude, a joke is a joke - I mean you said,
    - so if you believe that, then joking about your mom cheating on your dad is wrong - right?

Look, whatever - if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen, and stop b****in!

I don't even know you, but I certainly have some immature haters on here, that are blocked....because they say stuff over and over - and it is not good for the board.

If you don't want me to come back at you, that is fair, then don't say anything like that when you aren't even in the conversation to begin with......

As the immortal Ted Cruz would say " Don't you KNOW who I am?".....ok.....that was another joke.

Ivey is the real deal. We can keep KPJ and dump Gordon and have KPJ compete for 6 th man of the year. He is better suited for that role. Can’t start a guy who may be out of the league in 2 years due to off the court issues.

I think it depends on who lands in the top four. I floated this in another thread, but if we are lucky enough to get a top two pick and Portland lands at 3 or 4, they may rather have guys like Wood, Gordon, Tate that can help them immediately.

Also, if Orlando lands at 4 and the top three bigs are gone, they may not want to take Ivey seeing as they have 3 young guards..

Would OKC want Ivey with Giddey and Shai? Would they move Shai?

I want a power forward in this draft. Good talents there.

But yeah, get rid of KPJ and draft a PG is also a possibility

It is now an on-court issue. He left the game. He refused to be subbed.
So he won't accept being benched and will become a bigger problem.
    Get rid of him. Yesterday

Yes! Absolutely feasible! If Ivey is your BPA at our pick then you take him and don't look back. He's a great player, has a mom that is a head coach that has probably been pounding basketball fundamentals into him all his life, and has shown the ability to improve. Lightening quick first step as well. Great handles. More importantly he doesn't carry baggage.
We trade KPJ in this scenario. At this point KPJ just hinders the growth of our two main players, Ivey and Green. I can understand troubled past. I can understand "misunderstood". What I can't deal with is the lack of discipline and respect of authority.
If he truly cared about winning and appreciated Houston, his attitude would be "whatever is best for the team".
