I like it better when it's dark earlier because it's easier to put the kids to bed. No 3 year old cooperates with a 6:30pm bedtime when the sun is out.

If this thing is signed into law, does this mean the current time now is correct, or do we turn our clocks back an hour? I can never remember if the time now is correct or if turning our clocks back an hour was correct.
It doesn't take effect until next year. We'll still turn back the clocks this October and then forward next spring and then that'll be done and we don't have to deal with this stupid ish ever again. The delay is because the transportation industry says they need more time to adjust schedules.
Just have 1 clock and 1 time zone. Set it by the stars. This is a digital age, we don't have to live in a feudal, colonial agricultural world. Locals adjust as needed, but keep the clock the same all over the earth. So let it be written so let it be done.
