I am not a Silas fan but after watching his post game interview, I was proud of him. I also liked how he talked about the players. Go job tonight Coach.
Biggest difference about this game than the LAL game in the beginning of the season is that the kids were not star struck, not one bit.
Amazing how much the Rockets look - removing Wood and Tate from starting lineup …KMJ should of replaced Tate long ago … him being near paint was causing lakers to pass out
now you only have KPJ's stupidity to contend with but at least KPJ will give you flashes. people hating on KJ but he is good because he knows his role. Jalen and Sengun need to have even more touches. Jaygup needs to be first off the damn bench not Gary.
Wow - what a great win......we should not be playing Ego though....go all young....put Nix in the mix. Green KPJ Sengun KMJ Nix New FAB FIVE! DD
Yup once we get KPJ from being primary ball handler …and I wouldn’t be mad with replacing him with a better SF (top 3-5 pick) his decision making just worries me
I get the feeling they want to show that they can go up against the LeBron Jameses and the Ja Morants of the league. These "big" wins will be confidence boosters.
Next game Silas will play Wood 38 minutes and Sengun 15 minutes. JC? Gordon and Schroder almost play all his time.
Jalen's mad he didn't win Rookie of the month in February and is taking his frustrations out on opposing teams in March. He's putting the league on notice. Thanks for the added motivation voters!
You mean we won a game? What was the losing streak before the win? Every time I checked the schedule game's box score, it was always a loss. It became tedious just checking the score online. The one time I didn't check (today) and we win. I'm not sure what I expected this season. I guess I thought we would be more competitive even if we were young and inexperienced. I realize I was expecting too much too soon.
KPJ is not content with just being the guy driving and kicking. KPJ wants to get 30 points in one play.. there are enough possessions for him to chill out. I wish he could see that. KPJ could average 20 assists playing with Sengun and Jalen. Jalen and Sengun should get the most touches a game.
as THE dominant face of the league? Its been over for a while. But as a dominant player? Hes got another max deal in him. On no planet is LeBron not a “dominant” 2nd option on a title team next to Embiid or something
what sucks for Jalen, is when the narrative sets in, it's hard to get out of it sadly. 2nd pick saying he wanted to be ROY then not coming out strong (enough) then messing up in the dunk contest media will hate on him forever until he does something miraculous. today was kind of miraculous.
