These trades leak after they fall apart. That tells me Kai and PJ Washington are on the table around the league and the FRP is or is not.
In the Dragic deal the Raptors are also getting Detroit's second round pick this year. That could very well be the first pick of the second round. Could almost think of it as a very late 1st rounder if you wanted. Definitely not an insignificant piece.
Naw, Morey who promised a splashy move, but was forced to do something very small because he was backlisted by the NBA. That Morey.
that's just classic cf's being dramatic expecting way more than they should. but that's typical around here
Apparently we are about to see several salary dumps to OKC for picks in the last couple hours, as they are one of the only teams with cap space to take on bad contracts. People keep blasting Presti for his pick hoarding strategy, but he’s already got one future young star on that team and he’ll eventually get another with an offer no team can refuse. At least it’s a strategy.
If Morey blacklisted and he practically flipped Sixers roster overnight last season then I'm afraid to hear what NBA thinks of Stone.
is stone confident or just showing his hand too much? I think he gives away too much information so everyone knows what he wants to do.
It's not being dramatic, man. Morey clearly wanted something when he was with Houston and the NBA was actively not wanting to give him that because they were afraid he was going to make them look stupid.
I mean it's common knowledge that Gordon or Wood could be had for, the very minimum, a 1st rounder. Like that was a reasonable baseline going into this season. The fact that it hasn't happened yet (and that other players have been traded for the same value or better) tells me that Stone has an unhealthy and high level of irrational confidence in himself.
peanuts… That should be a lesson not to wait on Green for too long, but trade him until he still has value in the dreamcasting community… A lesson that will likely not be learned…
