Darn small! If we look at the last three teams we played; Dallas, Minnesota and Philly. We just don't matchup, I still love CWood but he's too slight to play center, he's a PF, Tate is too small, he should be a bench player, EG is too small to play the SF, and similar to CWood, Green is too slight, as well right now. We are consistently being pushed around. We have no paint presence on offensively or defensively.
To be a good team, I agree we need some roster balancing. Thing is, were not trying to be good this year or probably next. That said, it does need addressing. Its just irrelevant right now.
8 yrs and counting and Philly still hasn't SNIFFED a EC Championship game... I'm more inclined with making moves NOW rather than down the road. Go get Myles Turner and Cam Reddish....tomorrow is not promised
I don't think I said that. I said, we're basically getting punked inside on offense and defense and that's why we're losing. I don't think that is the only reason, poor coaching is another reason but we are just too darn small.
Why do so many people have alt accounts? It’s so damn weird this guy just got caught in 4k…how embarrassing
I thought we weren't trying to be a not-good enough team with no chance at a title? That's what the tankers keep saying. Ironically, that's exactly where the sixers are.
They call me CVS because I got the receipts: https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/wheresthebigstone.313656/
We are still too... alot of things. -Turnover prone -poorly shooting/spacing the floor -finishing around the rim -poorly switching on D -Poorly rebounding -etc. etc. etc I'll worry about height and length maybe towards the end of next season when hopefully we can say that we have some building blocks with Green, 2022 draft prospect (hopefully we get at least 2 first round picks), Sengun, JC, etc. and then we can start the process of building a cohesive roster with what we have. In a perfect world in 2023 we'll have a stud first round pick like Jabari Smith at 6'10 who is a skilled player who can also play with Sengun. Then you have Green, and JC on the Perimeter who are both good sized players. Green fills out over the Summer after working with Tim Grover, we pick up an athletic stud in free agency like Miles Bridges, etc. etc. and the whole size thing is an afterthought. The whole goal right now is to get more draft picks with trades, position ourselves to draft Jabari/Chet, and develop JG, Sengun, JC to let them start to see themselves shine, and see what they need to work on this Summer. I'm not trying to trade for players right now in order to win a rebounding battle with Embiid, and Drummond. I don't really care about that right now honestly.
Noooo, not the receipts!!! Lmao, @ballgame and @hlmbasketball are definitely the same person, and it’s so pathetic…it doesn’t get any lamer than alt accounts Both of his accounts aren’t even interesting, so what’s the point? it’s so weird
