    There used to be an Uptown Christmas tree lighting when I was a kid with fireworks at the end, but I think it stopped a while back. Maybe they're doing it again?

    A few weeks back I heard a ton near River Oaks. Assumed it was that lighting ceremony. It wasn't. It was that ********er Tilman Fertitta doing a police gala at his house. I hate that piece of ****. Ruined my dog's night. Ruined my Rockets. About to further ruin the Big 12 (as if that was somehow even possible). I'll pull a @DaDakota and go extremist. I hope he dies.
