It's hard watching Baylor football in CA. No one roots with you or cheers against you. It's just meh all around.
This has pretty much been my working assumption about why the PAC would be bad for TCU, UH, TTU, etc. It seems like a sexy option at first, but once you join, you basically fall into this nethervoid where you don't care about who you're playing and they don't care about you... So why would any outsider care either?

I believe it. Colorado fits in the PAC, but as I've said many times, it's a low-ceiling conference. The PAC is resource rich so they can compete, but from an exposure and visibility perspective, it's a dungeon. You'll get a shining star out of there fairly regularly (USC, Reggie Bush, Oregon, Mariota, etc), but the problem is the rest of the conference might as well not exist any given year.
