Simmons and a pick is the only thing we will get from the Sixers deal thats cuz Thybulle and Maxey turned out to be crap.

Simmons and Wood would be like Simmons and Harris its ok but not enough to make Rox competitive. Sixers actually have decent players Rox dont. Simmons Wood and Wall is a mediocre team maybe Rox would be 0.500 in the West thats good for 10th spot alongside GSW. Unlike GSW though Rox would be capped out for the next 3 years while waiting for Wall contract to expire.
    Meh.

Id rather take the Nets package and be bad, or at least get expirings so we can sign other players. This is coming from someone who think Rox got owned in the Dipo trade.

2022 in all likelihood we'll have the Miami pick instead of the Nets. The 2021 Nets swap is 100% worthless now and was 98% worthless when we made the trade initially.

I'm much less certain that the Nets will be good beyond next year. Things change so fast in the NBA. The over 30 decline/injury bug can hit fast as can getting tired of teammates.

2023 from Milwaukee is extremely likely to be low, but there's a small chance something could happen like Giannis pulling a Harden/AD if Milwaukee flames out in the playoffs the next couple of seasons.

I think in the end, it was a decent haul.

Even if everything goes well in Brooklyn, the three stars will be unplayable defensively in 2 years.

We will eventually have two top 10 picks and a couple of late firsts coming out of all the swaps and picks, and that's plenty.

Harden not signing an extension made me excited. Now this Kyrie stuff has me pumped.
