15 minutes? More like 9 years.

Just curious what he said in that post that you thought he was claiming to be a victim? His last paragraph says "I didnt get it done this season, but I have no regrets and hold my head high." Seems like he's taking responsibility for not getting it done.

Huh...the Jonas Brothers made a comeback after a hiatus...are you thinking Lin's going to try to come back next year?

True...he's made a lot of money as a basketball player, so he definitely has the capital to start a company.

What would a basketball fan need with knee pads?

    Jeremy Lin aren’t basketball fans

Carmelo had a great game for Portland
Just like Lin did for Portland

Jeremy Lin absolutely is a basketball fan. Even more so now since he's no longer an NBA player.

Still find it amazing that you keep comparing Lin to a multi-year All-Star, Team USA Olympian-level player. Hate to break it to you, but Lin was an undrafted underdog player in the NBA...the idea that you use Carmelo as the standard to bash Lin makes me wonder if you know anything about basketball.

Nets had a lousy game and still won by 11. If they stay healthy, they will win the championship...

I blame the LOHs. JLin can play, but I'm eagerly saying I don't want him playing for the Rockets so I don't have to deal w/ the LOHs.

The thing is, NBA teams know what they're getting with Lin. Occasionally he can do some stuff, but most of the time he's just average for NBA. He is still better than anyone of us, but for the NBA, why bring in a 32 year old that you know EXACTLY what their ceiling is to sit at the end of the bench when you can get a 23 year old and you at least have a CHANCE for a higher ceiling. That's why Lin will likely never get another NBA look. Nothing to do with his fans, his attitude, or his race.

His only chance, I think, is sliding in for a playoff bound team in March who is having depth or injury troubles with guards.

Are you sure that you are not a LOH and don't want him playing for the Rockets? Because you just bumped a months old Jeremy Lin thread. Seems you miss him a lot :)
