if he had say Mobley height/wingspan than you’re talking that insane modern big. I think he’s ultimately a 4 but is clearly kore comfortable inside right now. “Real” nba gets much bigger than this.
Sengun just needs to get stronger, him and Jalen are the most skilled players out there. Looks pretty easy.
good D for green digging into the nail to help stop the drive. in the interview with mike Schmitz they actually spoke about that as a learning point from last year. so far Schmitz was right on-- green's interior passing is fine, needs to work on more advanced reads like to the corner and weak side. needs to work on passing off the dribble to the weak side. on ball D needs work but he has pretty good off ball D.
And if we had players running better pick and rolls he would be finishing better at the bucket. Dude knows how to play ball
Im impressed with Sengun and Green not so much with Christopher. Green seems to be the only guy who knows how to pass to Sen at the right time. Christopher has good speed in transition but his passing instincts are terrible right now.
Hes got a bad habit of jumping early/biting on fakes and kicking his leg out as part of his defense lol
Early impressions… Green has been better than expected as a pick and roll handler. Sengun is very skilled but I’m afraid he’s just a little too small and slow. Hopefully he gets a late growth spurt up to a 6’11. He definitely knows what he’s doing out there. Boxing out, hands up on defense, etc. His lack of size and athleticsm may keep him a bench scorer though. Christopher looks like a smaller Nick Young without the jumpshot. His tunnel-vision is something to behold.
