    Dear Clutch or Staff, I wonder if you could assist me witha difficulty.
    I need to post a picture from a File on my computer, ( It is a long file and is JVG)
    I have no idea how to change JVG into URL.
    Any assistance will be most appreciated. Thanks Yetti.

    You would need a really old operating system like Windows 2k to read a .jvg file.
