I know the ratings won't be the same without Lebron, the Lakers, the Warriors, etc. in the playoffs the rest of the way, but this should be a positive for the league. The NBA more so than any of the other major professional sports goes through so many eras where 2-4 franchises alone win all the rings. A little parity will be good for the sport in the long run. And I love how much young talent is left among these eight teams.
I agree, but every once in a while there's one of these transition years where there's a power vacuum. The NBA will soon find a way to prop up the next regime with a superteam or Scott Foster. I'm just going to enjoy this season while it lasts (and hate Tilman Fertitta for trading Paul and Capela for excrement). PS wasn't Zion supposed to be the next chosen one? People used to lose their minds about "the next Lebron James". You hardly hear a word about him anymore.
Lebron finally looked done - he might be just overly tired though because of the bubble and then season... DD
Are we sure Texas hates Harden more than Durant/Lebron? Interesting. Probably Mavs fans. I know there are salty Rockets fans but in my experience it's not a majority.
