I'm talking about forced licensing. You have to license if a company is willing to pony up the pre-negotiate license fee.

    I don't follow you..
Are you saying that companies are forced to license and as such they should be compelled to share that intellectual properties with others?

The vaccine rollout is going pretty well in MN. It started out slow but has picked up quite abit and our governor has a stated goal of getting everyone who wants to be vaccinated by the end of April.

Do you just make things up?

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/2020/health/covid-vaccine-states-distribution-doses/

California is at 20.3% of residents getting 1 dose and 9.5% fully vaccinated.
Texas is at 18.3% and 9.1% respectively.

National average is 20.7% and 10.8%.

Yep. I'm thinking a forced licensing model. Still very lucrative for the inventor but any company/ country with manufacturing capability is allowed to license it for the greater good.
