Will the NBA fine the Rockets?

    All these fake injuries and players being held out.....first game back from a week off and so many BS injuries.

    Someone please tell me that if we finish bottom 3 we are GUARANTEED that pick.

    I have read it is only a 52% chance, if that is the case - we are tanking for a coin flip to keep the pick....which is stupid.

    Yes it's only a 52% chance of keeping the pick in the top four but ask yourself do we have a better than 52% chance of making the playoffs if we don't tank? I say no I think the chance of making the playoffs is close to zero especially since we have the hardest schedule remaining and the most back-to-back remaining


    So even though it sucks with a coin flip it's better then a few meaningless wins and miss the playoffs

    I get the sentiment, but what is the alternative? Bring back Wood before he's absolutely 100%, play Wall every game in his first season back from injury, risk more injury, so we can battle for the 12th in the west instead of 14th?

    It's in the Rockets best interest to hold their best players out of games right now, even if it means losing games just for a chance at a top 4 pick.

    They’re hurt. From what I heard Nwaba may need surgery. Wood is recovering from a serious ankle sprain, Wall has been dealing with knee soreness all year because he hadn’t played in two years, and Gordon has always dealt with lingering injuries and “general soreness” especially around the trade deadline. Don’t know why you think the Rockets could be fined.
