    Crazy story, the cause of death is still listed as "unclear".....but he was nearly fatally shot just 3 months ago so I think there's a good chance this is either a murder or a suicide.

    Really unfortunate no matter what though.

    Sad story. I remember being so high on Nix. I really thought he was going to be a perennial pro bowler for the next decade.

    very sad to hear about him passing at such a young age.
