Silas needs to beg Bzdelik to come back.

He and his staff are in it WAAAAY over their head when it comes to defense.

 

There's a thread about us winning the championship. Heck, I've seen plenty of posts about us having a realistic chance of winning the championship, especially if Harden stays.

 

U do know the team shot 12-41 from deep right? Lol at bringing up Harden’s struggles from three. Harden shot 7-14 from the field, the team shot 41%. Also, we had 21 turnovers as a team...

 

Nobody with any sort of valid credibility has said this team is going to win a ship. The ceiling is just being competitive while harden is still here. Who knows how much longer that is. Any talk of ship is pure nonsense

 

I still think he can carry. I just think he can't this year due to how our team is being run.

 

Letting Wall take over, doesn’t mean you can play lazy defense and contribute 7 TOs, and most of them are careless TOs! It’s Silas fault? lol

 

Well our suspicions were confirmed. What’s next?

Yeah this one was bad. Wood has to improve every area of his game outside of scoring. Cousins needs to stay in games, period. Wall has to pass more. Harden has to shoot more. Everyone else has to hit the open shots they are fed.

Gordon. Shoot or drive. Never do ANYTHING else.

I'm never going to make so much out of one game either way. Hopefully we can get all of our key players active at once. We looked competitive with Cousins and he's not even a defensive monster...it just goes to show you how weak Wood is in the paint.

 

Not planning to watch the Tuesday night version of this ass whoopin.

lol having a cry arn't you. The season is not 10 games old and you blame Harden who was the best out of the starters and tried to keep it close.

He is so checked out he is running around blocking shots, i thought checked out guys didn't want to do anything on defence or shoot 50 percent from the field

 

Just when we thought league called all the refs to back the Warriors, now they're backing the Lakers full speed ahead like of old.

 

Did the Rockets fire Murphy for his "he quit" remark? This is the second game for Mario Ellie in the Murphy role.

 

Rockets are an easy lay this year lol

for a few games yeah but not carry them to a top 4 team. That is asking way too much.

unless of course the scrubs can actually hit their open shots consistently and pick up the d and that is not realistic for more than a few games here and there

 

Harden ISO can take us game 7 of the WCF against a stacked GS. The Rockets do not have the talent to be playing this “everybody eats” type offense. This will get bottled up far easier than any Harden ISO ball in the playoffs. Teams want to see the ball in the hands of guys like Nwaba, Tate, EG, Wood, etc instead of Harden. We have scrubs driving and kicking to other scrubs that can’t shoot.

Harden playing neutered might be ok if he was in Brooklyn where there’s 2 other high level offensive players that can create with ease, but not here

 

I know I'm not seeing Westbrook post....

Nothing is making this team a contender unless they upgrade the SF spot first. not CP3, not Westbrook, and not Wall.

 

Random thought that is a bit out there:

Did Morey hire Silas out of spite? He knew he was on his way out the door, and wanted to see the Rockets crash and burn because Tilman is a dick. Silas seems to be the perfect choice for a losing basketball team. All ideas and no substance.
