    That one scene landed Joaquin Phoenix an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. Notice the subtlety of his hand movement, fooling the audience for just a moment, then the sudden, thunderous "thumbs down!" The evil burning in his eyes. The otherworldly pivot of his neck. Incredible.

    Reminds me of a bearded Rockets player, without the beard.
