It was his claim, not mine. Banning a subset of rifles isn't banning rifles. To the larger point, Americans overwhelmingly support universal background checks and other such gun control measures proposed by Biden/Harris yet do NOT support the Republican attempt to overturn Roe v Wade. This is yet another false equivalency which is common among Republicans and both sides fence riders.
