I have been paying attention and studying about these ChiCom bastards since the late 70s. They have a 100 years marathon plan to conquer the free world. They have infiltrated into every country, every institution around the globe through every means necessary. General Thade

lol with your allegiance to the Orange Man and undoubtedly your desire to waste trillions on military hardware and elective wars, keep American unhealthy and under educated you are doing your objective best to weaken the US and thereby strengthen China

    Yes.

Is it really surprising not to want a hot war between the two biggest powers who also have nukes?

    Are you Loco?

You have much to learn about these ChiCom bastards. They key phrase here is their 100 years marathon plan. They are counting on naive people like you to achieve their ultimate goals. Don’t take my words for it, do your own research on China.
    Wake up man.

This is a very thoughtful take on China from you Judo, I appreciate your intellect even though I don’t agree with you.

At the heart of this matter is all boiled down to trust. Can you really trust these communists and the answer is an unequivocally NO.

They have demonstrated time and time again that they will give no shiet to human rights, intellectual property rights, territorial disputes, flooding the whole world with their poison products, erasing people’s cultures and identities, illegal black market organs trade, bullying their neighbors. The list of their transgressions is a mile long.

The most disturbing thing out of all these atrocities is the way that they treat their own citizens. My fondest wish before I leave this earth is to see a free China and the cruelty of these ChiCom bastards are a thing of the past.

Are we contributing to the fall of the west and rise of China?

Yes a lot of the reasons China is growing is Western made. India as the perceived other growing power has tended to make the same mistakes as the West.

One is the wars in the Middle East have totally destroyed any moral authority the West might've had. And also made the West war weary, at a time when the greatest threat to the West was China.
Same with (India's obsession with Pakistan)

    Another is covid.
After covid it's obvious China is going to come out of this much better than the West and India.
While I understand people not wanting to give up individual Liberty's. The fact is this was a moment where the collective needed to work together with strong leadership to succeed. And that just didn't happen.

USA, Europe & India have given China a huge advantage as China will re-open at a lot faster rate.

Also in terms of manufacturing the West should really be enticing their companies out of China and to other places. India's great failure is it's inability to set up successful large scale manufacturing there.

On Tik-Tok definitely USA should ban it. And enforce a rule that anything banned in a country of its birth should be banned in the USA.
China has banned a lot of American technology, mostly because they don't want their citizens finding out about the square in 1989 and I'm not sure how we make China answer for that but that's necessary too.

But does that mean China will be the new leaders of the world.

Probably not in the near future. But it's coming.

    USA has a few advantages.
    1. The US military looks at predominantly external threats & spends it's budget on that. China still spends a lot of its military budget on internal threats & controlling that.

    2. The greatest minds in the world move to the USA not China. (I'm Australian that went to one of the top Universities in Australia, those getting the top marks in commerce and IT found their way to the USA).

    3. USA is still the biggest consumers in the world and then the West in general is even stronger. The West has a better ability to set the market than China does.

Obviously this all has time constraints.
China will eventually be the biggest economy & will eventually have the strongest army.

They got long term plans to become number one. I doubt it's to build everything up and then go-to war for almost every year in existence like we have. There's always big worries with Taiwan and Kong Kong, but that is not The World.

Ever heard of Trust but Verify? If you don't want to be out hustled take care of your own. Build up the country and our alliances rather than sending America into debt ridden shithole pariah status our Dement Divinely Inspired Leader is steering us into.

Quit clamoring for inevitable war unless you're putting a pound of your flesh and your children's flesh as down payment. It won't be parades of roses if bullets start flying and when that moment starts, Americans will start wondering "what more we could've done" before we go all out and try to end each other

They don’t have to fire a single bullet if they stay patient until the year 2049.
2049 is the 100 years anniversary of the CCP

Good post. Most of these arm chair warriors would never serve themselves or have their kids, do so. Like Trump the repeated draft dodger.

This is a deliberately twisted report tailored to anti-CCP readers by the Australian media of the Tibet scheme. The action is actually part of CCP's effort to eliminate absolute poverty nationalwide. It has differences from the 'reeducation camps' in Xinjiang which was primarily aimed to 'eradicate ideological viruses' and prevent terrorist attacks. Here are the conclusions from the actual research referenced by the report.

One can still criticize the scheme on the grounds of human rights. But would it really be better to let impoverished people enjoy their freedom to not to go to work and live on government assistance funding?
