The fouling was an issue last series. It may even get worse since we're dealing with a bigger team now. Would definitely help if Luc or DMC could offer some relief minutes but they may be unplayable at this point.

The Lakers have the size, and the Rockets have the shooting.

This matchup is a prime example of taking advantage of the small ball lineup. This series might determine if it can be successful enough to win a championship.

Suggests that Lakers may be better off going with their big lineup against us - we HAVE to punish their bigs when they are switched out on the perimeter. If Gordon and Rivers can burn them early, LA may be forced to go to their suboptimal small ball lineup.

Rivers will have a good series if Lakers stick with their big man lineup - he can absolutely blow by McGee and Dwight. OKC has a bunch of quick guards that Rivers couldn't get enough separation from. This series will be different

ya but rivers has been missing wide open 3 after wide open 3, and even when he did get by his man was often unable to convert in a packed paint. AD/leroids/dwight/mcgee might be even quicker protecting the rim compared to what we saw from okc. and considering we'll probably get zero calls in the paint, making corner 3's is going to be imperative now

Rivers has been awful for most of the last series... Step up, son! Maybe it's his dad's presence in the gym that's throwing him off... Ban him!
