Time Magazine cover for March 15

    I had a dentist appointment this morning, and saw this on the cover of Time Magazine for March 15th. Notice the spelling of "desserts" in the upper right corner:

    You would think a major magazine like Time would have better editors....

    "Deserts" is right, since it's derived from "deserve." As in "Martha's getting what she deserves." From m-w.com:

    Etymology: Middle English deserte, from Old French, from feminine of desert, past participle of deservir to deserve
    1 : the quality or fact of deserving reward or punishment

    Just a random fact I picked up somewhere that I felt like sharing. (It's more interesting than UConn-GT right now....)
