I first read Nineteen Eighty-Four: A Novel, the actual title, in the early ‘60’s. If I had written a novel, I would raise holy hell and picket whatever entity was responsible for making me change a word. I’d risk arrest. Guess what. This isn’t a novel. It’s @Clutch’s baby, and he can do whatever he wants with it. We can suggest things, and certainly several of us have from time to time, but the sole decision maker is our fearless leader, Clutch. If it is easier to “asterisk” a word than to constantly police the forums and punish those using language others find offensive, then asterisk away.
