    Fire him now!!!

    You can't invoke Aaron Hernandez.

So having your BM's around the team is similar to being a murderer now?

This is nuts. If true bill will have lost the locker room, and city. He has to get fired right?

You guys see what Michael Irvin just said? That O'Brien called Hopkins into a meeting and said he didn't like him having all his baby mamas around, and compared him to Aaron Hernandez.....saying he had too much influence in the locker room.

    WTF????

Bill O'Brien - I will officially BOO YOUR ASS every day of the year........you loser ass ****er !

Direct quote from Nuk to Irvin yesterday. Irvin said he initially reached out to Nuk on Monday when news of the trade broke and he said Nuk didn't want to talk about what transpired, told him he's just focused on making the leap to Arizona and moving forward. Irvin said he reached back out to him yesterday and implored Nuk to divulge exactly what happened. I think Irvin said on Get Up! that what Deandre told him "blew his mind" or that he couldn't believe it.

The funny thing is that anyone that's watched this franchise, especially since BOB took over, can 100% believe it. The fact that ownership has allowed a cancer like BOB to commandeer every aspect of the franchise is the least shocking thing. Entitlement, incompetence, greed, and nepotism seem to be the only guiding principles of this franchise. Houston deserves better.

I still cannot believe that the McNairs didn't step in and stop this.

They just let a mediocre coach (at best) ship off the best player on their team (a player who may well end up being a top 5 all-time in his position) for basically nothing.

This is beyond the pale. Is this the twilight zone? Did Corona kill me and now I'm in hell?

I have been working at home, and just clicked it on ESPN......you can't trade the best receiver in the game over an ego clash......I hate Bill O'Brien - actually think he SUCKS as a coach....he has to go.

Not only that, it seems like such a PETTY thing to blow things up over.

The mother(s) of his children are around the team? HEAVEN FORBID!

He has a lot of influence in the lockerroom? NO ****! THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE A GOOD SENIOR LEADER IN AN ORGANIZATION!

Bill basically just shot himself in the face with a bazooka in order to pop a zit.

I really, truly thought (hoped) Cal - being younger, maybe more urgent - would be a better owner (and I didn't think [sorry; need to edit] Bob [not BO'B] was *bad*...) Cal becoming a straight-up awful owner is a plot twist I did NOT see coming.

Let's hope the players rally to Hopkins.....if JJ finally takes a stand we will know it is serious.

    Bill must go.

How can this man have the balls to even walk around Houston after this? He really have no shame if he doesn’t resign.

Definitely. remember Kraft getting offended after Easterby made some high horse comments of Kraft's adventures in the spa.

Yup. Especially after the Gaine firing which many thought was a product of the offseason we were having at that time. Ended up just being another consolidation move by BoB that Cal is just eating up.

So instead of calling Hop an inmate he compares him to a murderer? Fire this mf today and hopefully David Johnson fails his physical.

It all makes sense now. Hopefully it's not too late to get rid of him.
