You wont easily find the rise measurements. You'll have to dig. Jean fanboy sites Blue Owl will list them clearly in the measurements section.
Thus a reason why men don't wear tight booty pop jeans. If it's tight in the back, it's tight in the front.
1:30am on a Friday night? Hmmm, seems like Tinder had a bad night for you? Just wow, so many ways this went off road. Let's sum it up like this:
Try AG Jeans (Made in USA or Mexico depending on cut/batch). If you are looking for slim look, go for the AG Tellis line. If you like even slimmer without being skinny, try the AG Dylan, which is my favorite cut. Pay attention to the material of construction for these lines. If you can, try the 360 Denim. They are some of the best material you can find for Jeans. Two other brands that I like are Frame and Fidelity, both Made in USA. Anything with Lumina material in Fidelity is very high quality because it uses Modal blend. You will want to try the Torino cut in Fidelity and the L'Homme Slim or skinny in Frame. You will need to try these on because i have found significant variation in fitting among different jeans even if you get the same cut. Also try Paige (Lennox cut), also made in USA. They are flattering and come in variety of washes. However, Paige jeans are some of the most difficult denim to wash and take care of. Any of these jeans will look great on you if you take care of your body.
OP, NBA TV just had a commercial for MTailor custom jeans. maybe that's the answer https://www.ispot.tv/ad/wECI/mtailor-app-the-perfect-fit
