    There are some really stupid instances. Like someone is running the fast break, or just a regular offense against set defense and suddenly injury appears - player collapses, other team picks the ball up and scores. This is the kind of bs when you think in basketball should be more of fair play. There was no point of faking the injury at all, so why would other team get all the benefits of such unfortunate situation? I don't think refs should call it. But if such things happen, when there was no point of faking, I would be applauding if players just stop the game themselves.
