    When the weather's nice it's pretty chill to sit on the porch and watch the evening unfold while listening to baseball on the radio with a cocktail or 3.

    I don't do it often, but it is indeed nice.

    Some folks call it a kaiser blade, btw.

    Yes, to assure they tie for the second wild card, the magic number is 2 as Tampa Bay could theoretically win 100 games.

    Indians can't win 100. Any combination of Astros wins Indians losses adding up to 2 ensures Astros are in playoffs outright. May need an extra game to determine if Astros are the Division Champ or a Wild Card though.

    Whoops...forgot that if the Astros were WC that means Oakland wins the division and takes them out of the WC.

    Absolutely love listening to baseball on the radio, it’s a thing of beauty. Reminds me of when I was a kid sitting in my room feeling like I was damn near watching it in person because it was done so well.

    Do I appreciate getting to see every game in person or on tv these days? Yes of course. If I’m traveling, having to run errands or something along those lines, I don’t miss a beat. I still love listening on the radio.

    That was a pleasant surprise to wake up this morning and see that KC beat Oakland. Did not expect that. Two runs in the 9th against their closer after Oak had taken a one run lead in the 8th. Nice way to start the day. Thank you KC.
