    I don't particularly like McGee …. but for the minimum , I wont complain. They need a big off the bench that can soak up a few minutes and foul a few times , its a bonus that he can catch a few lobs.

    I prefer this @BimaThug as for sure a great FA would sign here for 9 million. Trade Capela and get a quality player back and sign Lopez with that MLE!

    Oh right - but I'm working under the assumption we'd be paying tax because we have Jiminez (lol @ Billman actually paying the tax otherwise?)

    I haven't thought about how things could work without JB23(ish) until that is off the table... I suppose getting something for Capela is smart, and then replacing him with McGee/ Looney would be an upgrade in a sense because we get 48 minutes worth of rim protection and rebounding/ p'n'ring.
