He would have likely been a real Godfather had he been Italian. He was very successful but not like Barnes.

The mafia put an end to Barnes and Lucas selling drugs directly from their contacts in South America. Threatened to kill both of them unless they bought the drugs from the mafia. Eventually the mafia just took over the market.

Lucas is a sociopath, but he is a very interesting crime figure and was fearless.

He is an interesting historical figure. Not as interesting as Barnes or Gambino but still interesting.

Don't disagree there. I just can't praise him for what he did. Not the type of guy who warrants an "RIP" thread.

Yeah I don’t praise a sociopath that killed and hurt people to make money. He did some very cruel things.

This was just a thread to mention he died. I always RIP anyone regardless of their lifestyle. It's hard to imagine a person like this living to the age of 88.

In the 1999 album Nas wrote,
"From the projects with no chips, to large cake dough
    Dimes, giving fellatio, siete zeros
Bet my nine spit for the pesos
But what's it all worth, can't take it when you under this Earth
Rich men died and tried, but none of it worked"
