    This whole moratorium period is outdated and quite frankly horseshit. Just let people sign from July 1st.

    Good. I'm all for not delaying the annual heartbreak Clutchfans goes through every year. Might as well know earlier that Jimmy is a pipe dream and the Rockets will sign some scrubby James Ennis equivalent to a free agent contract.

    As least House fans can rejoice that he will likely stay in Houston since he showed his scrubbiness during the playoffs.
