I like the 4th seed the more I look at it. Utah(easy to med) > GS (medium diff)> Nugs (easy)> East Team. The 2nd seed would be clips or spurs (med)>Thunder(med-high) > GS ( med) > Eastern Team. 3rd seed would be Thunder (med-high )> Spurs ( med)? GS(med) > eastern.

Portland will definitely lose against OKC, Denver should win over San Antonio but i wouldn't bet on it.

    They purposefully rested key players.

They were not trying to win at all.

any person that says they don't want okc is short sighted....this season being done before early May is a huge huge huge letdown in this scenario. Last year the only reason we were respected was the fight in the WCF. Now we go to Oracle in round 2

I'd be surprised if Denver or Por are even in the 2nd round tbh.

The big winners today are the Spurs and OKC for avoiding the Rockets and a sure first round exit.

I know why the Kings lose. I catch a little bit at the end there. They don't even have their starters in the crucial time? What the hell? I thought they want to win 40 games..I seen garbage players at the end...players that don't get much minutes. No wonder they lose. I didn't watch the whole game but I figure they probably think they can win without starters because they had a huge lead? I don't know man.

did anyone watch the blazers game ??? did the kings troll them by playing their third stringers in the 2nd half to "out tank" them ?

I like the Jazz matchup in the first round. Rockets caught a break even after repeatedly shooting themselves in the foot.

And playing the Worriers without HCA? Meh I’m not concerned about it. This Rockets team plays tougher and more focused on the road....like the clutchcity 95 team.

As long as they remain healthy they should get to the finals...

This is why great teams take care of business on their own.

You never count on someone else for help.

The Rockets deserve to be the 4 seed.

Maybe Morey and Tillman will remember dicking around and not adding depth for the first two months, and how that cost the Rockets at least 5-6 wins.

Maybe the players and coaching staff will remember the games they lost by blowing leads late.... NJ, Dallas, OKC, Memphis and Detroit come to mind as games with leads late where the Rockets were poorly coached and poorly executed.

Maybe Tillman and Morey can sit and think about how many more games the Rockets win if they don’t send House to the developmental league for 6 weeks to save money.

Now Tillman gets to likely have 3 less home playoff games to make money off of and he loses a week or ten days of media coverage. He cost himself money trying to save money.

    Then...the season is over.

Utah is a little harder than OKC but who cares.

This Rockets season is undoubtably cursed, dating back to the Chris Paul injury in Game 6. This is just beyond absurd.
