    I think It will be the other way around. Didnt see much from Edwards when he played. Deng played very well every time I saw him on the floor.

    I don't think Adel will get a 2 way or a guaranteed contract. If he gets an opportunity to play in the training camp, there might be a chance for a 2 way. Deng is more talented than Edwards, but the latter has a guaranteed contract. Vince is just not ready to play for the Rockets. That's why he will take up a lot of time in the G-League. Deng won't get an opportunity to get minutes with the RGV.

    This is the reason why NBA rules need to change. Keeping Prospects on a Full Roster in RGV not just 3 prospects. I just hate to lose young developing players for nothing. At least give the Rockets draft picks for having the player.

    I do agree with you. The selecting team should be able to retain the rights of all the players in the G-League, but I think it's unrealistic to ask for a pick for an undrafted player.

    There isn't really any reason for the rockets to have any rights to Duval though. They didn't draft him nor were they paying him.

    Correct. I'm just talking about that there should be a change about rights once any player is assigned to the G-League.

    Probably will turn into something similar to the MLB minor leagues once they have 30 teams in the G-league.
    Last year there was 26 teams. This year there are 27 teams.

    Still in a sharing teams/player basis to an extent.

    I watched Duval in Summer League and thought he had a future in the league. He has to develop a shot but I'm curious if he will get picked up.

    Yeah he showed a lot in SL, I was wondering what happened to him. He should grow nicely, hopefully we can keep him for next year.
