3rd seed in jeopardy...Can we stop resting guys already?

    I knew tonight was going to be tough since Memphis has been beating good teams lately. What I don't understand is why MDA insist on playing 8 guys only when we have a perfectly healthy squad. There is no continuity and cohesion with this rotation and has costed us a game tonight already!! Does MDA undetstand how tight this race for 3rd seed is? Portland has one of the easiest remaining in the league while we still have to play a bunch of western conference playoff teams. These games against non playoff teams are so important to us and is a game we shouldn't have lost!! GOD I AM SO PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Rockets seem confused. Do they want seeding or do they want rest? It’s moronic to rest role players if you’re just going to play Harden 40 minutes against the Grizzlies. You’re just wearing Harden down while giving him less of a chance to win. Doesn’t take a genius to understand this stuff.

    I blame this on MDA.

    He thought 3rd seed already in our pocket.
    Hell no. Thunders only have 3 more losses than us.

    If we still rest players like this, we likely go to 8th seed.

    This is one of reasons MDA is cluelesss idiot.

    We are not that 65 wins team like last season. Our standings no allow us to rest players.

    That's not how math works. 5 teams have to pass us. You think if we go 7-3, SAS, LAC and OKC will all go 10-0, and Utah will go 10-1.

    That would mean the West has 8 teams with 52+ Wins. That's never happened in the history of the league.

    btw: if we beat SAS on Friday, and tie them at the end, we win the Division and win all multi-team tiebreakers. So, we'd have to go 6-4, for 5 teams to pass us, with all of them winning out, and Utah 10-1 (or whatever is required not to have a multi-team tiebreaker).
