    I know knees are already jerking but... while any/all of the players flying off the board would obviously upgrade positions of need for the Texans, these deals are exorbitant & being handed out to players with much smaller sample sizes who, if they don't work out, are going to crash caps for years. Yeah, sure - right now you want Trent Brown. How many of you wanted Nate Solder this time last year?

    The Texans will be active; they're not oblivious to their needs. But irresponsibly dumping money on average/good - but not great - players isn't normally a successful recipe. I mean, look at the revered franchises doing most of the spending so far: the Jets, Raiders, Jags, Washington.....

    That is absolutely ridiculous for a runningback. Go get Jordan Howard or Tevin Coleman for a fraction and less field rust
