    ch44 already said the hold up is because of the Mem/Cha trade talks. There's no "closing the deal first" to this. If Memphis benefits more from moving Green to Charlotte with Gasol, they'll explore that before just accepting a deal from Morey.

    Then again they could be like NY and not explore all their options.

    I liked him when he was here as a point …. he just couldn't shoot then. Otherwise he was a good passer / defender / and got to the rim. I thought they gave up on him too soon.


    As for the reported deal , I don't like the idea of giving up a FRP or Knights contract for players who wont be on the roster next season …. If I'm making a deal involving Knight and picks , they better come with Bird Rights … or be on multi year deals. This really limits what you can do in the future otherwise.
