    Interesting. Does Portland want Hood for the long haul?

    His contract is expiring, and giving up 2 second round picks doesn't seem smart, unless they have a wink-wink deal with Hood.

    Joining Portland? More like getting out of Cleveland.
    Portland's second rounders are low enough that teams can buy some in that range.
    Though with the new owner, I am not sure if they will be willing to open their wallet.
