You are right. It’s ridiculous because albeit individualy talented, the Warriors are also a great defensive minded and team oriented super team... At this point it’s a pipe dream, to bet against them; and the reason all the sports media rails on Harden. They know it’s such a difficult task to beat them that they are hedging all of their bets that a fully loaded squad will prevail once again 99.999%. And they are hedging their bet because they personally attack Harden every chance they get, pointing out legitimate fouls committed to Harden, etc... All in the effort to turn the crowd, refs, and popular opinions against him. Their narrative is full of holes, but facts don’t matter only emotions and feelings.. For all I hear about from the pundits is that Harden hasn’t won a title! Never mind that Having to face a super team in the Warriors will devoid a lot of deserving guys of champions rings... Durant couldn’t beat the Warriors so he jumped ship to coast into a few titles...
We could add an MVP caliber player for free and GS would still be favored. I genuinely hope either KD, Klay, or both move on this summer for the sake of competitive balance. It's completely messed up how they were able to add KD.

This prolonged hold out of a role player just gives me bad memories of DMO. The Rockets should have a mural of DMO in Morey's office, point to it when role players dont stay in their lane. House is great, but replaceable.
I'd rather see what is available at the deadline. There is a possibility of someone much better than House being available. Why get locked into money now when it is best to wait?
uhm cp3 is not better than last year..... the warriors are BETTER than last year. Cousins is just fine taking open shots. its simply too much ground to cover to guard them at the pace they play. realistically, no one is beating them. the only team that has enough talent 1-10 to make them work is the celtics, but they obviously have issues they still need to iron out and may not make it out of the east.
People say that about CP3 every year. He will be better than Steph when we match up with them in the playoffs, just like last year. I promise you.
