I don't know why you would say that. ESPN has ownership in some bowl games but not all. They are in financial bed with the Longhorn Network, but not all schools. Clearly ESPN is comfortable with the conflict of interest.
Let them eat .... Hate! I love all the little crybabies I nourish myself on their insecurities and tears and IM HUNGRY!! They are all just too ignorant to see that history is painting their faces with the sticky ropes of Rockets success!! Feels good man. Feels good.
To be fair, I agree 100% with Tim Legler's quote you posted. The Lakers were the better team for the majority of the night. When you blow a 20 point lead, you just choked. They had multiple opportunities to seal the game. Thankfully for the Rockets, the Lakers were too stupid to take advantage of this.
I have no problem with what Legler said because he is right. For a SportsCenter anchor to be that blatantly biased in a broadcast is unacceptable, and is just another example of ESPN putting entertainment first, professional integrity second among their journalists.
I don’t think it’s only the Lakers, it’s also okc, gsw and maybe the clippers, oh and the knicks when don’t suck. Us, are the hated cheaters, therefore the bad guys.
Its disappointing when National Media is not giving him much credit and even when I hear from former NBA players talking about why Harden is scoring is because of the new NBA rules. If that's the case, it applies to all the NBA players who are playing now and why aren't they consistently putting up these numbers Harden is putting up? so, screw those idiots who are butthurt.
Luke Walton- “If we keep Harden under 50 points, we’ve succeeded.” So the Lakers have that going for them.
That was his quote before the game. I’m sure he will keep moving the goal line. Next time it will be: “If we keep Harden under 60 points then we’ve succeeded.”
ESPN is a sports network? I thought they were a political network now. I don't follow them or listen to them. Don't need their support. Just want W's But I DID see one particular step back from Harden that was an obvious hop, skip and travel. I just consider the points as make up for T Brothers' phantom fouls that give the Lakers FT's in crunch time. One is overlooked, the other made up. The balance of life
Threads like this is why Rockets fan are look at as the softest fanbase among NBA teams. Why do you guys care what ESPN say about you so much? Hell ESPN talked hell of crap about the Spurs but we don't go around moaning about it.
Yep. I said D’Antoni was sh*tastic last night. Hell I’ll say it again, D’Antoni was sh*tastic the other night and his infatuation with this small ball garbage will hurt the Rockets. The fact that the Rockets won a tight game in OT doesn’t fix poor coaching issues.
