    I think she is great for she does/did, but the Browns are:confused::(:oops: a NFL farming franchise. Basically, if a player can last 3 to 4 seasons then they are NFL-worthy. If they don't either they are not cut out for the NFL or they are a product of some very mediocre player development.

    I would look at it like this. it is a leadership position for which you can let your coordinators run the show possibly. Walk in with a game plan and stick to it. I see it as entertaining. But I do think, like the wonderwoman director, she would be working her ass twice as hard to make it work. That may prove a good thing. Or it may prove you the less you do the better. Either way, I think at some point like Dierker, it's worth a try to see what happens.
