    Covington has looked decent in Philly at times, but I can't trust anyone on that team. Evan Turner looked great and turned out to be a total scrub in Indiana. Now he's a fringe rotation guy.

    Trust me I hated Covington when he was here. Dude never passed and basically missed every 3 he took. He is clearly a moreyball type of player.

    I was totally fine to move Canaan and bet on KJ at the time, but i always thought it was a bad move to let Covington go, i did like his potential as an Ariza back up and replacement going forward but eh...

    He's a solid 3 and D. I've thought about how the Rox could acquire him now. Doesn't look to be needed with Ariza/Tucker/Moute on the roster.

    Bumping this as I’ve gone back to think how nice it would be if we held onto Covington. Farm system player that turned into a legit starter in this league.

    You, my friend, were correct. Big fail releasing this dude, especially since he’d be the best 3 and D player on this team behind Tucker.

    Are you serious? Covington is ok but doesn't really separate himself from somebody like Ennis. If you gave Ennis the same mins and opp he would score 11 pts a game just like Covington.
