Thinking outside the box: Rockets could miss the playoffs if ...... What is the solution?

    Just a thought:

    1. One of the big 5 miss 15 games after all-star break; anything can happen

    2. If the record is 27-30 before all star break; need to finish with 19-6 to make the playoffs?
    East games after all-star break
    at Celtics 3/3/19
    at Raptors 3/5/19
    vs 76ers 3/8/19
    at Bucks 3/26/19
    West Games after all-star break: 15
    GS games: 2

    What is the solution?

    The Rockets will not think outside the box because Tillman cannot afford to buy a box.

    It is unlikely to finish with 19-6 or better even if fully healthy.

    Before all-star break: 27-30 record looks okay, but actually bad.

    If the Tilman cannot afford a box then the Rockets will indeed be thinking outside the box, since they cannot afford the box to think in.
