Astros just got punched in the mouth. I hope this wakes them up.

I don't recall the Astros getting blown out like this the past couple of postseasons. Seems like most of the games have been pretty close.

Astros pitching has been disappointing; got to get it together and quick.

If you think this series is over, you’re an idiot. I’m sorry. This game is going to 7, no doubt about that- will we win Game 7? Now, that’s a question for another day. Morton’s tomorrow. That should be a win if our bullpen holds up along with offensive support.

    Go ‘Stros

Sox humbled the team last couple of games, especially tonight. Let's see how they respond.

They needed this punch in the face, got too cocky.

It's not about losing really, it's more about how you respond. Now that they are well in the hole, we'll see how they respond. I think they'll show that you never underestimate the heart of a champion.

It's almost as if winning 108 games in the AL East was somehow a nothingburger. I love my Astros and I think we're the better team...but that's a damn good team over there.

Hinch with his Grady Little moment. Everyone at home and in the ballpark had to be horrified at Osuna being left in there, after hitting two straight batters after two strikes. Robert Osuna is done as a closing option, as a pitcher for us, possibly even as a major league reliever. Really hard to come back from moments like that. Lidge had to leave town before he could get right.

Before the series my BIL said we’d sweep the Sox. I knew we wouldn’t sweep but I did predict us in 6.

C’mon Stros let’s get it together. Not over yet.

Well that sucked. Stros can’t get down on themselves. These teams are still very close just need to get Bregman aomenhelp and not have a pitcher melt down.

Meltdown by Osuna or not, 2 runs wasn’t winning this game.

Hinch was bad, Keuchel was bad, Osuna was awful, Smith was bad, bats were bad, the only highlight was Tony Kemp’s catch.

Win the next one. Best of 3. Still taking the Astros.

No. I need the manager of this team to get his head out of his ass. I need the hitters to hit. That’s what I want. You can have the tissue.

Both are stupid narratives, btw Jordan was not retired for one of our chips. I need to put this in the bad take thread.
