    Dwayne Wade = career 22.5ppg scorer in the NBA (48+% from the field). Athleticism huge factor.
    Gentile = 10ppg scorer in the Euroleague. Not athletic.

    It’s a thumb injury in May. . . But he has an injury history with his hands.

    I think lots of fans are down on him. He’s coming off a rough year, but Gentile is a solid European prospect with tons of game experience. Bringing him over on a minimum deal seems fine to me.

    Nobody should have expectations about him at this point, he had a couple of very difficult years on and off the court, only thing we can hope is that a change of scenary wakes him up somehow but, eh...it's definitely better to expect nothing and eventually be surprised.

    I like hiim. Rockets can get up to about 20 players for training camp. Why not give him a tryout.

    I like him better than MCW already......subject to change of course.

    Gentile does know how to play within his skill set. Lack of athleticism is the problem with him.

    I'd feel much better about Gentile's chances if Basketcaseholic thought he was an unquestioned bust.

    I have never watched the man play and have zero opinion on this. If the Rockets management team thinks he stands a chance of being a quality NBA player than sure; give the man an invite to training camp. What can it really hurt?
