    i dont like nintendo switch, but i dont hate nintendo. My first ever console when i was a kid was an super nintendo( ill never forget it). Nintendo lost me at the wii, i think the wii u is somewhat underrated( just didnt have the 3rd party support). If Nintendo made the switch more modern and about as powerful as the xbox one base or base ps4 then i wouldnt be complaining.

    I bet you Nintendo does a mid-cycle console refresh and releases a new more powerful switch, just like they did with the 3ds. At least with the ps4 and especially the xbox one.. i felt the mid-cycle refresh was needed.

    I feel like such an idiot buying a switch

    How much power do I need if ultimately my old Xbox One S can play the same games. Obviously it’ll be prettier with 4K/HDR but developers have to make the games still playable on the regular Xbox one right? So the graphical jump isn’t going to be the same. I don’t need all my consoles to play every game ever made, give me the jump in quality that I got from Xbox to Xbox 360 to Xbox one etc. Are we losing that?

    As an aside, I probably haven’t played a game in over a year lol.
