turned 34 today so that's half my life with you clowns! its amazing how time flies bros. my wife asked me the other day if i know anyone on here since we've been talking for so long. i was able to rattle off like 20 handles like "yeah me and this guy go way back" lol its crazy how you know people's personalities after a while on here without ever meeting. anyway, here's to the next 17 years and 18,000 posts!!!

I also lurked. It's probably best to not be associated with @tinman though. You can do more things on here like being a Lin fan and Rockets fan at the same time.
Originally found this place in 97 I wanna say... dialed in on the 28.8, AOL 3.0 was my choice of internet provider. I think I Altavista’d Houston Rockets and found clutchcity.com or something close to it (memory isn’t the best) on accident between searching for nekkid pix of Pamela Anderson and Jenny McCarthy. Man... those 3-5 MB pictures took several minutes to load and download.
I Signed up officially in 2001 but have been lurking far years before than and frequented the main website for my Rockets news when I was in high school. Its hard to believe that time has flown and that this site is still going stronger than ever. Made a lot of friends through the board through the years and its crazy its impact it has had on a lot of people here not just myself.
I think i found this place because i got so pumped the Rox got Scottie Pippen in trade. I was looking for any discussion on the web about it. I remember his limo stopping on the freeway so some guy could shake his hand.
