    I've talked about this intro for years, but In my opinion, this is the best Astros bumper commercial.

    Nope. Mid-80's. When we got Art Howe the song was "Raise the Roof right off the Dome."

    I must have missed that by a couple years, but that is amazingly fun. Wonderfully goofy 80s vibe, but also completely self-aware of it. We need more stuff like this.

    I remember a "Young Guns of the West" promo poster the Astros had. I think it was Biggio, Bagwell, and some other youngish dude (Gonzo? Finley? Cammy?), ca. 1992, but I'm not sure. I don't think it was mid-80s with Doran and others. Anyway, there were three Astros in rainbow unis, and the dude in the middle had this ginormous glove. I've searched for this image a million times on the internets.
