    For sure he knew. LeBron told people in his inner circle what his plan was last week. A ton of players knew. I'm sure that's part of why Kawai has been pushing so hard to get there.

    The reason this is OK with LeBron is because he beat Lance's team in the playoffs each and every time.

    Otherwise, I don't think this would be happening.

    And that's part of the madness. Who would have thought Paul George staying with OKC was anywhere close to happening? Trevor Ariza to Suns for $15 million? CP3 $160 million? I thought he was closer to being let go than being signed for $160 million.
