He 'aint going anywhere. There was a sound bite from during the season where he's talking about MDT and he says, "i told coach, ima be wherever you are" as a response to a question about to playing for him and his offense.
J.R. posted it in another thread but during an espn or Si story during the playoffs, MDA congratulated CP3 on closing on his new home and asking if needed money. CP3 was just moving to be closer to the team. He had to move here quick and likes to pick up good real estate deals so he thought the he would be able to quickly flip the property he originally bought. Now that he and his family have had some time they have found something else. Makes sense he would also sell his other home in LA if he signing a max deal here. He still has property in NC and elsewhere. He's smart and leaves his money in solid assets and doesn't blow it. The way the Rockets finished and the way he played, he is never leaving here. This is home.
Good point. Maybe he is selling high, as everyone is expecting a crash in the not-too-distant future. If I had multiple properties, I would sell now too.
