Our pen is garbage

 

Lindor was a 3rd strike and inning over. Ump wanted to make Hinch pay.

 

I forgot Hinch got tossed.

No wonder Devo didn't pitch the 9th and Giles got pulled early.

Awesome... we are going to have to pay a massive price in terms of prospects to land a closer. Meanwhile, we spent 12 million a year on Smith and Rondon. Brandon Morrow and Wade Davis look like bargains right about now.

Rondon is legit. Smith is just terrible.

 

We're not the only ones with a trash pen though (and it isn't that bad compared to others). There might be like 5 teams who actually have a quality pen, and they have massive problems elsewhere.
