Nene is way to slow to defend the warriors. He was alot better but this year was a big drop off for him

Each and every player in the NBA is perfectly capable of playing 48 minutes. These guys are some of the best athletes in the world. Soccer players don’t use the same “gassed” excuses. There’s a tap your head signal to use when a player feels he needs a break or can’t go anymore. Not once have I seen it used in the NBA. It’s the CONFERENCE FINALS So it’s all or nothing but I do agree it would be fair to let him play 10 min at least.

It hasn’t been Rhynos series and that’s ok.

 

Ryno is done for this series. He won't even shoot in garbage time. Maybe D'Antoni gives him one last chance if we advance to the Finals(especially if the opponent is Cleveland). But he's played himself out of the rotation for now.

 

If Ryno is mentally broken and doesn't want to shoot you can't play him. Frustrating because he should be a weapon. Where did he lose his confidence? Maybe the moment is too big for him?

I don't know. Both guys have dropped off a cliff. Nene was just as terrible as Ryno in the little time he was on the floor.

The series is 100% about mismatches & switches. Both teams are causing switches to match their best offensive player against the other teams worse defensive player. The ONLY way we're still here is because they were attacking Harden and he finally decided to play defense game 4. Now could you imagine if it were Ryan Anderson out there? Like really. Steph Curry or KD getting switched off to Ryan Anderson guarding them? That would be the WORST move in NBA history. "Hey guys, lets put Ryno in the game 5 and allow GS to go on enormous 25-0 runs". You guys gotta start watching the games and not the highlights

Ryan's body language shows his disinterest. I think Nene could at least give us 3-4 hard fouls, if nothing else.

 

if we win game 5, i don't mind playing ryno a bit in game 6 to see if he'll be able to contribute anything in game 7. and i'd love to play nene a few minutes tonite when stephenie is sitting
