he can't shoot better than gerald.

he's not better defensively than gerald.

he's not more athletic than gerald.

he can miss isolation mid range 2's better than gerald tho.

ya'll better be right about his mythical ability to "turn it up" in the playoffs.

Can we at least give him a few games for the coaches to review film and point out his mistakes? I'm sure MDA will adjust then

I'm with you and others but D'Antoni has to give JJ a few more games to fit in and find his way.

For example, I follow the Celtics closely and watch them often. Greg Monroe was a certified bust with them but he's recently found his way. If he keeps it up, Celtics will almost certainly finish with the #1 seed in the East.

Rockets have to find out for sure if JJ is worthy of a spot in the playoff rotation. It's too early to give up on him. He just joined the team and needs floor time to acclimate on offense. It has to be ugly before it gets pretty.

If JJ doesn't get it going, he won't be in the playoff rotation.

He’s bad on both ends of the court, and he’s slower than the Dads that play at the YMCA.

I’m going to write a letter. I know it sounds crazy, but it’s obvious at this point

The only time JJ should play over GG is if we get a French coach whose second language is English.

The confusion will be never ending.

I honestly do not care who get JJ's minutes as long as JJ does not get any.

You have to be Yinka Dare level bad to be worse than JJ at this point.

It’s really sad when you feel like this team is special, this year is special, and MDA could potentially f**** things up down the stretch and in the playoffs by playing JJ too much, especially when he’s not giving you much of anything.

Not a good showing tonight at all. I would have given Gerald a shot in the 2nd half. At least MDA held him to 15 minutes.

Try their facebook page, it worked for me. I was one of the fools who was initially upset that D'Antoni was hired as HC and went on their FB page and simply commented to Les to sell the team and he obliged.

I'd rather Ryan Anderson play with his broken hip or whatever he has right now than watch Joe Johnson attempt to play basketball with his arthritic ass.

Greg Monroe had a different issue. Age and legs are still on his side.

The problem with JJ is that he is playing on grandpa body and legs. You can tell that his body is refusing to cooperate with him. And the thing with age is that you age faster as you get older.

I wouldn't mind him getting minutes in sure win games so that Mike can experiment to find out how much he has left in the tank. Today's game was definitely not one of those. We were lucky to get away with a win.

JJ can be useful for us, but not against a team full of athletic wings like boston. pringles is one stubborn fool

Green fit in immediately, the logic of letting JJ play through it to find chemistry can potentially effect GG's confidence and kill the magic and the hype he brought. He was pumped to be playing for his home team getting minutes after being at home unclaimed. Hoping to find in JJ what you already had in Green doesn't make sense to me. Is there really that much more he can offer in the playoffs than what Green was offering as is? GG was at home, JJ was on an NBA roster if anyone is an unknown it would be Green. Hopefully GG's dog is keeping him fresh in those driveway pickup games.
